The project scope consisted of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, Inspection & testing, transportation to site and Commissioning of 1 x 75 m3/hr, D M Plant.

The plant configuration is PSF – SAC – DEG – SBA – MB.

The Capacity of the Plant is 75 m3/hr and the output between regenerations is 1500 m3.

The plant is designed for Semi Automatic Operation through PLC.

Inspection during fabrication of vessels and piping, and all bought out items were carried out by Lloyd Register.

The quality of Water at the outlet of Mixed Bed is Silica < 0.01 ppm as SiO2, and the Conductivity < 0.2 micromhos/cm.

The water is for Boiler Feed for process steam requirements.
