The project scope consists of Treatability studies, Feasibility studies, Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on Turnkey basis.

Process effluent streams from Nitro-phosphate plant are treated in the ETP having a capacity of 65 m³/hr.

The primary treatment process comprise of Sand Filter, Two-staged Packed Bed type Ammonia Stripper, Effluent heat exchanger and Two-staged Clariflocculator. The secondary treatment consist of Denitrification in Anoxic basin, Aerobic treatment by Surface Aerators & Secondary Clarifier. Sludge dewatering system consists of Thickener & Sludge drying beds.

ETP treats the effluent having 1100 ppm Nitrates & 75 ppm Flouride to an outlet concentration of 10 ppm Nitrates & 1.5 ppm Flouride.
