PROCESS WATER TREATMENT
Permanent Water supply scheme for Alumina: NAOCL
The project scope consisted of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, Inspection & testing, transportation to site, Erection and Commissioning of 3 x 90 m3/hr, D M Plant.
The plant configuration is DEG – SAC – SBA – MB.
The Capacity of the Plant is 90 m3/hr stream and the output between regenerations is 1800 m3.
The plant is designed for Semi Automatic Operation through PLC.
The quality of Water at the outlet of Mixed Bed is Silica < 0.01 ppm as SiO2, and the Conductivity < 0.2 micromhos/cm.
The water is used for Boiler Feed for Power Generation.
