The project scope consists of design, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning, and complete civil works for Demineralising plant on a turn key basis.

The capacity of plant is 4 x 150 m³/hr, and to deliver 12,000 m³ of DM water per day. The plant was designed for Semi Automatic operation through PLC.

The plant consists of PSF, WAC, SAC, Degasser Tower, WBA, SBA, MB with an outlet parameters having Conductivity < 0.2 micromhos/Cm and Silica < 10 ppb.

The water is used partly as boiler feed for the Captive Power Plant and partly for the Process requirements.
